The challenge
A fashion brand had outgrown its theme-based store. Collection pages were slow, merchandising needed a developer, and search returned poor results on long product names.
What we did
- Rebuilt the storefront in Next.js against the Shopify Storefront API.
- Added typo-tolerant instant search and faceted filtering.
- Moved merchandising and landing content into a headless CMS the team controls.
- Introduced bundle and cross-sell logic at the cart level.
The outcome
- Median mobile page load down to 1.4 seconds.
- Merchandising changes ship same day without developer time.
- Search-driven revenue share nearly doubled.
