The challenge
Orders were re-keyed by hand between the webstore, the ERP and the warehouse system, producing daily stock and invoicing mismatches.
What we did
- Built a queue-backed integration service with retries and dead-letter handling.
- Mapped product, stock and order schemas across all four systems.
- Added an operations console showing every message and failure in plain language.
- Replaced manual EDI handling for two wholesale partners.
The outcome
