The challenge

A clinic group handled intake on paper and booked by phone, with no reliable reminder process and no audit trail on record access.

What we did

• Built a patient portal with digital intake forms and document upload.
• Modelled clinician availability, rooms and appointment types.
• Added SMS and email reminders with self-serve rescheduling.
• Implemented role-based access with full audit logging on record views.

• No-show rate down 38% after reminders launched.
• Intake completed before arrival instead of in the waiting room.
