The challenge
Delivery crews worked in areas with patchy signal and were still collecting paper proof-of-delivery sheets that arrived at the office days later.
What we did
- Built one cross-platform app for iOS and Android from a single codebase.
- Designed an offline-first data layer that queues job updates and syncs when signal returns.
- Added photo and signature capture attached directly to each job.
- Connected the app to the client's existing dispatch platform over its API.
The outcome
- 60 field crews now work from digital job sheets, online or off.
- Proof of delivery reaches the office in minutes instead of days.
- Paper job sheets retired entirely.
