The challenge
A studio group sold memberships in person and booked classes over the phone, losing sign-ups outside opening hours.
What we did
- Shipped one Flutter codebase to both App Store and Google Play.
- Built self-serve memberships, class booking and waitlists with card payment.
- Synced workouts from HealthKit and Google Fit into member progress.
- Added push campaigns for waitlist openings and streaks.
The outcome
- 24,000 installs within six months of launch.
- Roughly a third of bookings now happen outside staffed hours.
- Membership churn improved after progress tracking launched.
